Dentist:

Following my personal Orthognathic Surgery – mandibular advancement, I used Patent's Pal with great success.  Ease of use, fit and comfort were a great advantage over traditional ice packs.  I would highly recommend Patent's Pal!

Chiropractor:

Ice has been shown to be extremely effective for inflammation and swelling, so immediately after surgery I started icing around my jaw.  Not only was this difficult at first, but the hard ice was uncomfortable on these sensitive areas.  Within 24 hours, I received the Patent's Pal and started using it instead of ice.  I was immediately pleased!  The Patent's Pal was a snap to use, and very comfortable as well.  It held the cold gel pack very firmly and allowed me to get more cooling to the entire area.  This surgical wrap was exceptionally effective and allowed me to avoid taking any of the major pain killers that the surgeon had prescribed for pain!  I’m a believer, for sure!

Personal Trainer:

When I first heard about Patent's Pal it made perfect sense to me.  My former occupation as a personal trainer provided years of proof that ice/heat/compression treatment greatly accelerate the healing process and reduce pain and swelling.  What I didn’t know was how well Patent's Pal would work.  I began using Patent's Pal within an hour after having my four impacted wisdom teeth removed.  I followed the directions and hoped for the best.  I had considered using ice bags rather than Patent's Pal but didn’t want the hassle of changing out the ice, leaking bags, etc.  I immediately discovered the obvious:  Patent's Pal allowed me to apply compression without having to hold bags of ice.  My hands were free to work the remote, answer the phone, work on my laptop, etc.  I was amazed at how long the gel packs remained cold.  I had heard horror stories about friends having their impacted wisdom teeth removed and the tremendous pain involved.  However, I have no horror story to tell.  In fact, I was able to make the six hour drive home from the oral surgeon’s office less than 24 hours after the procedure.  At my follow up visit, the entire staff was amazed at how well I looked.  There was zero bruising, almost zero swelling and, on a 1-10 scale, I rated my pain at zero!!!  I am now a firm believer in Patent's Pal and I’m more than happy to write this testimonial.  I’ll sum it up with this – If I had to repeat the procedure, or if my wife or daughter were to have ANY type of oral surgery done, I would insist on using the Patent's Pal

Orthodontic Assistant:

I will just tell you a little bit about how wonderful the Patent's Pal was that you were kind enough to provide.  Having the head wrap was ideal following wisdom tooth extraction because I was able to sleep without having to hold an ice pack to my face.  This made it much more comfortable and accelerated my healing time! After surgery, my friend was able to place the wrap around my head as I fell asleep and slip it off without even waking me!  The swelling on my face was quite minimal as I never got the common “chipmunk cheeks”.  The slight swelling on my face only lasted for a couple of days and I’m convinced this was a direct result of having used Patent's PalThanks again for providing me with this wonderful invention: it was such a blessing!

Surgical Assistant:

After my daughter's oral surgery, we used the Patient's Pal for the first 24 hours and she had very little swelling or discomfort. I also used it on my knee after arthroscopic surgery. It was comfortable and very easy to use. I keep it in the freezer now, ready for any accident or injury!

Surgery Center Receptionist:

I used my Patient's Pal after my son's wisdom teeth were removed and it was so easy to use and gave great coverage while he was sleeping. I also use it for my own sports injuries and for a sore shoulder caused by soft ball pitching!
