Dear Dr. Mahon,

Thank you so much for getting back to me so quickly with answers to my questions.

My daughter's surgery went well.  I brought the Patient's Pal to the surgeon's office, so I was able to put it on her immediately after the surgery.  I was very diligent about the 30 minutes on and the 30 minutes off.  Even while she was sleeping at night, I set the alarm every 30 minutes.  There wasn't anytime during the first 24 hours after surgery, that I missed putting the Patient's Pal back on when it was time to do so.  The Patient's Pal made the whole horrible ordeal so much better.  My daughter really like having the coolness surrounding her face and not having to hold ice packs.  I loved the convenience and not having to deal with leaking ice packs.  Having the extra gel pack was very helpful as well.  Since we weren't fortunate enough to have the Patient's Pal when my older daughter had oral surgery, I know the difference!  My daughter did swell up quite a bit by the second day after surgery.  I can only imagine how swollen she would have been if not for the Patient's Pal.  We did switch to the moist heat 24 hours after the surgery.  Perhaps, I should have iced longer than 24 hours before switching to moist heat, but that's what her doctor's orders stated.  Oh well!

Thank you so much for getting the Patients Pal out to me so quickly and for your patience with all of my questions, both by phone and email.  When we go back for my daughter's post-op appointment, I am going to leave the office the brochure and business card you sent me.  Everyone having oral surgery should have a Patient's Pal!

Sincerely,

Dear Patients Pal,

My former occupation as a personal trainer provided years of proof that ice/heat/compression treatment greatly accelerates the healing process and reduce pain and swelling, but recently had the opportunity to find out for myself. I began using Patients Pal after having my four impacted wisdom teeth removed. I immediately discovered the obvious: Patients Pal allowed me to apply compression without having to hold bags of ice. In fact, I was able to make the six-hour drive home from the oral surgeons office less than 24hrs after the procedure. At my follow up visit the entire staff was amazed at how well I looked. There was zero bruising, almost zero swelling, and on a 1-10 scale I rated my pain at zero!!! I am now a firm believer in Patients Pal I’ll sum it up with this – If I had to repeat the procedure, or if my wife or daughter were to have ANY type of oral surgery done, I would insist on using the Patients Pal

Thank you for your fantastic product,

High School Basketball player:

I sprained my ankle during the basketball season and I used the Patients Pal every night for 20 minutes.  It was easy to use and took away the hassles of using a regular ice bag.  My ankle healed within two weeks and I was back on the court!
